so the way I interpret these pictures is...
In the last month prices have gone up significantly in the townhome and house sector, on Sunshine Coast, correct?
Because Number of Listings and Units Sold have almost no increase and yet Dollar Volume had gone up...
In the apartments sector seems to be the opposite. Which is strange because I was under the impression prices have not began to drop in Sunshine coast? The only place where they have gone down this year of all BC, was, I think White Rock and Tsawassen?

I think what you are seeing is a lack of inventory in the condo (apartment) area. Couple that with the affordability of houses and 40 year amortizations along with a strong economy and tons of work, locals and investors are seeking multiple revenue streams with basement suites etc. There will not be a price drop in the near future. There is a ton of development scheduled for the new year in the Sechelt area.
